Be prepared to be given nutritional suggestions and several sample meals, along with links to recipes you are able to create for yourself. 

Con #2: You may get tired of the sales pitches.  

This Fat Burning Furnace Ebook Review would not be complete without a brief caveat: Poulos spends the first 24 pages of the book trying to sell you on his logic and ideas.
